On August 4, 2023, the first batch of goods on 520 Gardeners Road project began to be shipped.The building is located in Alexandria, New South Wales, Australia, which is the first large-scale logistics warehouse transfer center in Sydney's inner city. It is the Australian municipal project with extremely high construction requirements, and AESS3/AESS4 standards is necessary for all the exposed structures.The main structure of the project are steel pipe columns, shaped steel columns, beams, bracings and rectangular hollow sections, with a total weight of 4140 tons.

為凝聚企業力量，引導技術創新，扎實推動質量強國建設實施，促進行業高質量發展，以“綠色低碳、智能建造、推進鋼結構建筑產業高質量發展”為主題的2023年全國建筑鋼結構行業大會召開。會上圍繞“雙碳”目標、智能建造等主題，對最新產業政策和鋼結構行業面臨的形勢任務進行解讀，多位專家、學者就目前鋼結構前沿技術、新材料新工藝，未來鋼結構建筑應用趨勢、技術研究成果和實踐經驗進行了分享，并對我國建筑鋼結構行業的發展和創新建言獻策，推進鋼結構全產業鏈不斷創新升級。“加快構建新發展格局、著力推動高質量發展”，建筑業作為國家經濟的重要支柱產業，實現高質量發展必須大力發展綠色建筑，推廣應用綠色建材產品，推行裝配式建筑等新型綠色建造方式，對未來鋼結構行業產生重要影響，大力推廣鋼結構建筑，倒逼鋼結構行業必須加快科技創新，進一步提升產品質量，為建筑業的轉型升級，為實現綠色低碳發展做出更大貢獻。從宏觀形勢看，我國經濟韌性強、潛力足、長期向好的基本面沒有改變，保持了穩定發展的勢頭。在國家固定資產投資增長、經濟形勢趨穩的大環境中，借助“雙碳”目標和實現綠色低碳發展的東風，推進智能建造與建筑工業化的協同發展，為鋼結構建筑的推廣和應用，提供了更有利的環境與舞臺。從建筑鋼結構行業情況看，面對三年疫情沖擊和經濟壓力，全行業認真貫徹新發展理念，建筑鋼結構行業取得可喜成績，鋼結構建筑推廣應用保持增長態勢。確定從產量產值方面看，2022年全國建筑業總產值31.2萬億元，其中鋼結構產值達到9918.5億元，占建筑業比例3.18％。建筑鋼結構產量9200萬噸，產量增幅3.4％，占粗鋼產量的9.08％。據統計，2022年在建的鋼結構建筑面積為4.81億平方米，占當年在建建筑面積3.07％。鋼結構的產值、產量和在建面積比重穩步增長。盡管在建筑業的占比仍舊不高,但發展前景廣闊、提升空間較大。從行業運行的業態特征看，建筑鋼結構產能集中度、技術集聚性的特征明顯。據不完全統計，2022年行業前100名鋼結構企業完成鋼結構產量3662.4萬噸，占到全國建筑鋼結構產量的39.8％，鋼結構產值達2314.2億元，占全國建筑鋼結構產值的23.3％。從規模企業發展情況看，截至2022年底，全國具有一級鋼結構專業承包資質企業2842家，二級資質企業13800余家，其中鋼結構生產企業數量較多的省份有：江蘇、山東、福建、浙江、河南等地。從產業環境和政策背景看，隨著國家和地方對鋼結構建筑的推廣力度加大，相關產業政策紛紛出臺與落地，帶動了鋼結構在建筑領域的推廣和應用。鋼結構除在高層、大跨度與空間結構建筑、工業廠房建筑、大型橋梁中廣泛應用，保持優勢外，近年來，在醫院、學校建筑應用比例提高幅度較大力。鋼結構建筑的產業鏈協同推進特點明顯，設計、生產、施工和科研單位攜手合作，補短板、強建筑，與鋼結構配套的圍護墻板增速較快，輕質復合墻板的市場看好，樓承板產量逐年提升，鋼結構住宅建設保持一定的增長勢頭。從科技創新方面看，鋼結構企業積極推進科技創新體系建設，不斷加大科研投入，通過對41家行業高新技術企業數據發現，2022年科研投入占總營業收入比例約3.2％左右。申報企業人均科研投入約35.3萬元。企業科研投入金額和占比逐年增加，重視科研發成為新趨勢。當前，我國進入了高質量發展階段，產業結構將迎來深度調整，經濟增長由高速發展轉向高質量發展。我國鋼結構行業要以工業化、信息化和智能化為共同目標。充分發揮科技創新支撐引領作用，通過創新成果試點示范應用，大力推動新一代信息技術、先進制造技術、節能環保技術、高性能材料技術與建筑業深度融合，運用信息化、智能建造技術融合，最大化地提升了裝配式建筑的集成效率和智能化水平，推動行業工業化、數字化、智能化、綠色化轉型升級，不斷塑造發展新動能新優勢，在城鄉建設綠色低碳發展領域發揮引領示范作用。

The construction project of new railway bridge over the Brazilian Tocantins River cooperated between Companhia Vale do Rio Doce (hereinafter referred to as Vale) and CXHI is in full swing. As of July 2, 2023, the second batch of steel components have been shipped successfully.This construction project is a large-scale bridge project independently undertaken by CXHI. The railway bridge is 4m in height, 5m in width and 2310m in total length. To ensure the smooth installation on site, CXHI carried out the full pre-assembly after fabrication, and directly shipped after disassembly. Due to the project is located in tropical rainforest, ASTM A588 weathering resistant steel is selected to ensure corrosion resistance and durability.Generally, the exposed parts of steel structural are coated with paint, which can protect and modify the finishing effect for the products. However, the supply requirements of the project is mostly black parts (the surface of the components is not coated with paint), and the products are made of steel processing, which will cause problems such as poor appearance due to bumps or skill level difference in the process, so the delivery of "black parts" is a huge challenge for the manufacturer. Stricter process control，inspection and repair are indispensable factor.The cargo ship departs from the Taixing wharf, which next to CXHI workshop, to the Vale Madeira Port in S?o Luis, Maranhao, it will certainly take the construction project of new railway bridge over the Tocantins River towards a new journey.
